zPRO has been designed to assist installations with guest server cloning and provisioning processes as well as many of the tasks related to z/VM system management.

The zDIRECT feature of zPRO provides installations the ability to manage the CP Directory on any z/VM system in the enterprise from a single browser window. The zDIRECT feature provides system programmers the ability to add, view or edit the full directory entry for a USER, IDENTITY, SUBCONFIG or PROFILE. Resource management for guests is fully integrated for adding or changing memory, CPUs, SHARE, MDISKs, LINKs, and more. Password management and support for special passwords (NOLOG NOPASS AUTOONLY LBYONLY PROTECT). Storage Pool management is also built-in to assist with defining and adding volumes of DASD within specific storage groups, along with mapping their usage.
